Purpose and provider
These Terms apply to 500KG (the “Service”), provided by Feliz Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).
Service scope
The free v1 release records and synchronizes workouts, sets, routines, personal records, body/condition information, and game progress on Android phones and Galaxy Watch. Watch heart-rate features require a compatible device and separate permission.
Paid subscriptions, purchases, public community, Q&A, crews, routine marketplace, voice coaching, and camera rep counting are not public features of the free v1 release. Additional terms or consent will be presented before relevant new features are offered.
Registration and account
- Use a valid email you control and provide accurate information.
- Users in South Korea must be at least 14. Elsewhere, users must meet local digital-consent age and guardian-consent requirements.
- Keep your account and password secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
- Do not impersonate another person or use another person's account or email.
Workout records and user data
You retain rights in workout records, routines, and notes you enter. You give the Company only the limited permission needed to store, synchronize, display, back up, and technically transform that information to provide the Service.
The Company does not use private workout records from the free v1 release as advertising or promotional content. If public sharing is introduced later, we will explain the visibility and any required permission separately.
Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access to the Service, servers, or another account, or bypassing security controls
- Malware, excessive automation, reverse engineering, or interference with operation
- Infringing privacy, intellectual property, or other rights
- Illegal use, false information, or transferring or lending an account
- Serious violation of applicable law or safety instructions presented in the app
Training and health notice
500KG is a workout-recording tool, not a medical device, medical service, diagnosis, or treatment. Statistics, estimates, guidance, and heart-rate information are for reference and do not guarantee accuracy or a health outcome.
Stop immediately if you feel sudden pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or unusual shortness of breath. Consult a healthcare professional or qualified exercise professional if you have an injury or health condition or are unsure about a movement.
Changes, interruption, and updates
We may update the Service for security, reliability, legal compliance, and improvement. Maintenance, outages, networks, force majeure, or third-party services may temporarily interrupt it.
We provide advance notice where reasonably possible before ending a material feature or making a materially adverse change. Urgent security changes may be applied first and announced afterward.
Deletion and restriction
You may leave at any time through the in-app deletion feature or the web deletion guide. Completed deletion removes the account and associated data under the Privacy Policy and cannot be reversed.
We may restrict access to the extent necessary for violations of law or these Terms, security risks, or abuse. Unless urgent, we provide a reason and a way to raise an objection.
Company rights
The app code, design system, marks, graphics, database organization, and Company-created content are owned by the Company or their lawful owners. These Terms give only a limited right to use the Service personally and do not permit unauthorized copying, sale, or distribution.
Responsibility
The Company is responsible under applicable law for harm caused by its intent or negligence. Responsibility may be limited where law permits for user fault, device or network issues, unforeseeable force majeure, or third-party failures outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and disputes
We may amend these Terms for legal or service changes. We generally give 7 days' notice, or 30 days for materially adverse changes. We obtain renewed consent where law requires it.
South Korean law governs, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We first try to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
Thank you for reading to the end.
